The Shift in Consciousness – June 2025
What the hell is going on right now?
You can feel it. Your body knows.
Something big has started moving – again.
We’re in the middle of the second wave of the collective shift in consciousness.
The first wave came in 2020–2022:
Awakening. Collapse. Spiritual breakthroughs.
People started opening up – started seeing. They felt more. They could no longer pretend.
And now?
Now we’ve entered the next level. And no – it’s not softer. It’s more precise.
We’re in the second wave
From May and throughout the summer of 2025, we are in what can only be described as:
Not just awakening – but implementation.
Not just seeing – but living what you know.
Not just “high frequencies” – but grounding that light into real-world change.
It’s no longer about understanding.
It’s about making space.
You feel it in your body
– You no longer tolerate bullshit
– You’re hypersensitive to anything that feels fake or shallow
– You suddenly feel empty in situations that once gave you meaning
– You crave something real – even if you don’t know exactly what it is
This isn’t a sign that you’ve lost yourself.
It’s a sign that you’ve landed in the next phase.
Many are waking up now – and they need you
People are waking up in shock.
They see things they don’t know how to integrate.
Systems they once trusted are collapsing.
The “normal” no longer feels safe.
And you?
You’re not here to be understood by everyone. You’re here to hold the field.
To be the one who stands firm when things shake.
To be the light when others fumble in the dark.
To not just talk about the shift – but embody it.
The feminine is taking over the field
Not through fighting. Not by being the loudest voice.
But by holding presence. Being still. Listening.
Taking action – not to perform, but to anchor the new.
The feminine isn’t necessarily building new structures right now –
It’s holding the field that those structures will grow in.
Old authorities are losing their grip
You see it – in politics, in religion, in spiritual circles.
Those who built their identity on control – are falling.
And those still looking for answers outside themselves – are getting restless.
So yes – you’ll notice:
– Some people will react to you
– Some will project their stuff onto you
– But more and more will be drawn to you – because you remind them of something they’ve forgotten
What does this mean for you?
You’re no longer the seeker.
You’re the catalyst.
You activate others simply by being you.
You open spaces they didn’t know existed.
You receive downloads, visions, energetic visits – and you know, even when no one says it.
And yes – you’re being tested:
Do you trust your rhythm?
Or are you still letting yourself get pulled into someone else’s fear?

We’re now nearing the end of Phase 2.
Which means: you’re not alone in what you’re experiencing –
but you might be one of the first to walk this part of the path.
So what can you do right now?
You don’t have to do everything.
But you can do something – to amplify the field you already carry.
- Stop and listen – what do you know without being told?
Write down three things you know in your body right now.
Not what you’ve learned – but what you remember.
These are your anchor points. - Share one thing from your heart – in your voice
Post a message, record a voice note, send a text.
Not to get likes – but to say: I’m here, and I know something.
That’s what activates others. - Find your rhythm and hold it
Ask yourself: What is my pace now?
Do I need to slow down? Or just do one thing with full clarity?
Then follow that – and protect it.
You matter right now.
Not because you need to save anyone –
but because you’re showing what’s possible when someone dares to stand fully in themselves.
You don’t need to explain it.
You don’t need to convince anyone.
Just be there.
And remember: we are many who are building this together – quietly, clearly, and for real.

Title: I Stand in the Shift
Length: 10–12 minutes
Theme: Grounding, clarity, trusting your own rhythm
Use: After reading the blog or whenever you feel unsettled, alone, or like something’s shifting inside
INTRO (ca. 1 min)
Close your eyes.
Take a breath in.
And out.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let go of everything you thought you had to figure out.
You don’t have to understand what’s happening.
You just have to be in it – fully and honestly.
PART 1 – I FEEL IT IN MY BODY (ca. 3 min)
Notice your body right now.
Your breath. Your heartbeat. The ground beneath you.
Is there restlessness? Stillness?
Tension? Clarity?
Just observe.
Say to yourself:
I feel the shift in my body.
I know I carry something important.
I allow myself to be here – just as I am.
PART 2 – MY RHYTHM (ca. 3 min)
Imagine you’re walking along a path.
It’s not a path others have walked before.
It’s your own.
Feel the rhythm of your steps.
The tempo. The presence.
Say:
I don’t need to rush.
I don’t need to hold back.
I follow my rhythm – and I trust it.
Let the path adjust to you – not the other way around.
PART 3 – I HOLD THE FIELD (ca. 3 min)
See yourself standing in a space.
Not a space with walls – but a field.
An energetic field you hold. A field of clarity.
People enter your field – not because you explain.
But because they recognize something in what you are.
Say:
I am here to hold.
Not to rescue – but to remind.
Not to control – but to be.
CLOSING (ca. 1 min)
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the breath inside you.
Feel the calm that comes from knowing you are already making a difference.
Breathe in – and quietly say:
I stand in the shift.
And who I am – is more than enough.
